The FLS-UV-IR-HD flame detector combines UV and IR sensing technology to deliver fast and reliable fire detection in demanding environments. It detects a wide range of fire types, including hydrocarbon fuel and gas fires, as well as hydroxyl, hydrogen, metal, and inorganic fires. The solar-blind UV sensor helps prevent false alarms from sunlight, ensuring stable and dependable performance.
With ultra-fast response to sudden fire events and rapid detection of small fires over distances of up to 30 metres, the FLS-UV-IR-HD provides high confidence flame detection. The FLS-UV-IR-F-HD variant is designed for hydrocarbon fires only and operates within a different IR wavelength range.
